To prepare Project Information Memoranda for the 12 projects in coordination with PHED, highlighting the strategic importance of the projects and suggesting various fund options for the same.

In order to improve the efficiency in water distribution particularly in the scenario of rapid urbanization and declining resource base, a comprehensive water management strategy is desirable for which the PHED has mandated PDCOR to develop frameworks for involving private sector in improving the efficiency in production & delivery of water.
