With the opening up of industrial investments and the proposed decongestion of New Delhi, Bhiwadi region aims to attract investments in various sectors of industries due to its close proximity to Delhi and its existence in the National Capital Region (NCR).

The project was conceived out of this requirement with an aim to provide world class infrastructure facilities for encouraging investment in the region. In addition, the integrated township would have all the required social infrastructure, so as to provide optimum living conditions.

On the basis of this as well as technical and financial feasibility, the project was proposed to be bid out to eligible private sector developers. It was also proposed to position this project as a potential special economic zone in the State of Rajasthan.
