EMPANELMENT OF CONSULTANTS

(Request for submission of Capability Statement)

PDCOR Limited is a joint venture company promoted by Government of Rajasthan & Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Limited (IL&FS), a leading financial institution of India. The company is mandated to develop infrastructure projects on a commercial format and attract private sector investment in Rajasthan. The company specializes in developing the projects on Public Private Partnership (PPP) format.

PDCOR while achieving its mandates work alongwith the team of multidisciplinary consultants. The company employ these consultants from a list of shortlisted consultants across various sectors. To enhance this list of partner consultants, PDCOR now invites capability statements from reputed consultancy firms having rich experience in the following fields: -

Capability Statement may be submitted by such firms, which have undertaken studies in the above areas. Firms are required to submit only one comprehensive document outlining the details across various sectors for which they are intending to apply. The document shall include:

The Capability Statement will be evaluated based on the information provided and empanelled consultants will be informed about the sectors for which their empanelment is done. Only One Capability Statement alongwith the relevant details in different sub-sections should be submitted for all the sectors duly signed, sealed and clearly marked "Capability Statement for Empanelment" on the cover & addressed to: -
